On 15 December 2023, His Excellency Mr. Pisanu Sobhon, Ambassador of Thailand to Peru, delivered donations of 100 lunch boxes and basic necessities to the residents of the Care Centre “Virgen Del Carmen”.

The donations came in part from the contributions of the Ambassador, officers and local staff of the Embassy, with a view to commemorating the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Thailand’s Father’s Day on 5 December 2023, and emphasizing the importance of the spirit of volunteerism to provide solidarity and support to local communities.
