On 8 May 2026, Mr. Kasem Sailuenam, Chargé d’ Affaires a.i., delivered the remarks at the “San Marcos Asia Pacific 2026” event at the National University of San Marcos. The Chargé d’ Affaires took this opportunity to present information about the close relationship between Thailand and Peru in many areas namely political, economic, education, and cultural sphere. After the speech, the Embassy organized Thai dance and Muay Thai performances, as well as set up a booth to promote Thailand. The event had attracted great attention from students and Peruvian citizens who attended the event.
