On 16 September 2026, H.E. Ms. Ek-on Khunacharoen, Ambassador of Thailand to Peru, attended the opening ceremony of the “1st UCV International Fair 2026” at Universidad César Vallejo (UCV) in Lima. The fair was organized to provide students and participants with information on international education opportunities and to promote educational cooperation and exchange activities.

The event brought together Embassies from several countries, including Denmark, Japan, Malaysia, and Thailand, as well as educational agencies such as the British Council and the Confucius Institute.

The Embassy’s booth drew strong interest from students and participants by highlighting Thai culture, tourism, information on education opportunities and scholarships.
