On February 7, H.E. Mr. Sorayut Chasombat, Ambassador Designee of Thailand in Peru, presented a copy of the Credentials to H.E. Mr. Gustavo Meza-Cuadra, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Peru, at the Torre Tagle Palace. Both parties appreciated the celebration of the 55th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Peru, and the bicentennial of Peru's independence next year. To mark these auspicious occasions, both parties agreed to organize activities. Both parties reiterated their commitment to continue strengthening the bilateral relationship with more high-profile visits, as well as the improvement of trade, investment and cultural exchanges.
