On 21 September 2023, Mr. Threetep Nopkhun, Minister Counsellor, Royal Thai Embassy in Lima, attended the opening ceremony of the World Shooting Para Sport 2023 at the Las Palmas Airforce Base, Lima. On this occasion, Minister Counsellor Threetep greeted with 13 delegates from the Thai national shooting team from the Sports Association for the Disabled of Thailand and wished them much success in their competitions during 21 – 29 September 2023.
