On 25 August 2025, Mr. Threetep Nopkhun, Chargé d'affaires a.i., together with Mr. Juan José Plasencia Vásquez, Director of Asia and Oceania, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru and Mr. Marco Flores Tijero, Advisor of the Municipality of San Isidro, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Thai Film Week” at the Cultural Center of the Municipality of San Isidro in Lima. The “Thai Film Week” will be held between 25-29 August 2025 and will feature four Thai movies namely “Bad Genius”, “Shutter”, “Pee Mak” and “Lahn Mah”. Part of the Thai movies feature in the “Thai Film Week” was supported by GDH 559 Co., Ltd. This activity is organize to celebrate the 60^th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Peru in 2025.
