On 2 December 2024, H.E. Mr. Pisanu Sobhon, Ambassador of Thailand to Peru, presided over the ceremony to pay homage on the occasion of the birthday anniversary of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, National Day, and Father's Day, 5 December 2024 and hosted reception at Swissotel Hotel. The ceremony was attended by the diplomats and their spouses as well as the Embassy officials, Thai Nationals in Peru, and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru. The ceremony was held to demonstrate loyalty and gratitude for the benevolence of His Majesty the Late King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great towards Thailand and its people.
