On 11 September 2026, H.E. Ms. Ek-on Khunacharoen, Ambassador of Thailand to Peru, hosted a welcoming luncheon for a group of Thai artists from GMMTV in Lima. The artists traveled to Peru to participate in the "Only Friends: Dream On Fan Meeting in Peru," scheduled for 12 September 2026 at the Anfiteatro del Parque de la Exposición in Lima.

 

This visit to Peru by the GMMTV artists marks another significant opportunity to promote the Thai entertainment industry in Latin America. The Thai artists received a warm welcome by their fans in Peru and across the region, drawing a massive crowd to the Fan Meeting.
