On 20 July 2023, H.E. Mr. Pisanu Sobhon, Ambassador the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Peru, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Song Yang, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Peru, to introduce himself on the occasion of his official assumption of duty. During the meeting, both sides took the opportunity to discuss topics of mutual interest namely trade and investment opportunities in Latin America, current socioeconomic situation of Peru and preparations related to the upcoming APEC Chairmanship of Peru in 2024.
