On August 14 and 15, the Royal Thai Embassy together with @CENFOTUR and @KHIPU organized two Thai Cuisine Masterclasses for over 80 culinary students in Cusco. On these events, Ms. Inthira Manongchok and Ms. Ladda Roumchonanukron, chefs of the Embassy, displayed a cooking demonstration of the iconic Pad Thai, the Ka Prao Kai (Thai Basil chicken) and the Tom Yum soup (lemongrass prawn soup). The attendants were also offered a taste of these plates afterwards.
