On 18 June, 2019, where Chef Nooror Somany, iconic Head Chef of the Blue Elephant restaurant chain, gave a master class on Thai cuisine to more than 70 culinary students. The Chef gave a short presentation of history Royal Thai Cuisine, the medicinal properties of Thai herbs and spices, and the different Thai regional cuisines. She then show attendees how to make Chicken Green curry and Laab Pla Kao Kua. The session ended with tasting of the dishes and Q&A session with Chef Nooror.
